At Libera Experiences / Libera Investments, we seek to offer transparency and trust in all our consulting, advisory and brokerage services.
Our refund policy is based on fairness and mutual respect between our customers and the Libera team.
1. Covered services
This policy applies to:
Personalized consultations or advisory services booked through the website or by email.
Paid programs or information sessions.
Any other service contracted directly with Libera Experiences.
2. Refund conditions
The customer may request a refund in the following cases:
Cancellation of the service less than 48 hours before the start of the session or project.
Libera Experiences' inability to provide the contracted service.
Errors in billing or duplicate payments.
In these cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 business days, through the same payment method used.
3. Non-refundable cases
No refunds will be issued when:
The customer must cancel within 48 hours prior to the provision of the service.
The service has already been provided in full or in part.
This applies to personalized or tailor-made services that have already been started.
However, in exceptional cases, Libera may offer equivalent vouchers or credits for future consultations or advice.
4. Refund requests
To process a refund, the customer must write to:

Including:
Full name.
Hiring date.
Service description.
Reason for the request.
The Libera team will analyze each case individually and respond with a resolution within a maximum of 10 business days.
